the poopduino is a microcontroller and light art development board based around the Arduino uno reference

in laymans terms:

the poopduino is a circuit board shaped like a poop, ensconced with 32 2812b 12mm LEDs. It has a chip that is pre-programmed with 15 dynamically controllable blinky patterns - this thing goes full seizure-mode right out of the box. It also comes with 2 lo-profile pots, and 2 lo-profile buttons (built in) for adjusting color, speed, brightness or whatever you program them to do.

The bootloader part means that it programs just like an Arduino - using all the normal things you know and love about Arduinos. All of the pins not used for core ‘Poopduino’ functions have been brought out for easy development access .

dubpixel’s included open-source firmware includes ‘flashlight mode’ - turn up the ‘brightness pot’ up past 80% and it goes 60-80% white (for when you).
